There was no post last week because we were on a trip and there was not much space for a proper post. So lets bring it all in one post. But this does not mean you get twice the content.
Vacation
Maybe you know Center Parcs. It is mediocre and it would normally not be a spot on our vacation list. But Center Parcs is different once you have kids. It is a damn fine solution for a balanced vacation. The food is mostly bad but nobody minds your screaming kids. At the end of the day, it is a really good solution for a weekend getaway with kids. We went to one of the few Center Parcs in the middle of Germany for a quick trip of 3 nights. It was the second time that we went there and the food was surprisingly better than the first time. But the main feature of this Center Parc is the huge indoor playground. It is a all year paradise for kids.
Music
Jesus what a week it was. Lets get the stuff posted.
The new Algiers album is out and it really kicks in.
Fake Names is a super group of members from Fugazi, Minor Threat, Refused, Rites of Spring and more. Super groups in general are a tricky thing. They sometimes work but most of the time, they don’t. I think Fake Names is not special or outstanding good but it a fun album to rock out to.
The Slowthai album is out, too. I only had one run through it yet but it was already stunning.
Yep, Gorillaz is on this list. I like the album. I read a lot of negative comments about it but I really dig it. Right mode and right tune at the moment. My highlight is Oil.
They are here. De La are finally digital. What an amazing time. And how heart broken I was when I heard Trugoy died. Only a few days before the release. Man this still hurts.

Printer
Brother Teymur has several 3D printers and makes some very cool stuff with them. My wife and I, we considered to buy a printer in the past. We were never sure if we really needed one and if this is just a gadget or a real help. We only printed 3 peaces yet and we are already hooked!
Tech
My AirPod Pros finally died on me. I am a little bit mad because they were so expensive. But looking the the amount of usage (8h per day), the time I had them (2,5 years) I considered them a fair investment. Bought a new pair of AirPods Pro Gen 2. – I don’t hear much of an upgrade yet but I only use them for 60min now.
Work
Busy. Very busy. Maybe I will tell you what I work on in blog post #12. It’s big. And you, dear reader, will us it at one point in time. I bet on it.
